Sometimes I just get paralyzed and totally give up. I know it would be easier for me to get inspiration for an email sequence on ChatGPT. But I don't know how to do it.
Limiting beliefs are behind this. "I don't know how. I don't want to do it wrong."

I had a #%^* of a lot of messed up thoughts. Looking at this now, I am blown away by where I am now.
Despite having a ‘normal,’ essentially healthy family upbringing, I was screwed up.
Had I acted on any of the persistent suicidal thoughts plaguing me, I would NOT be here today.
