Relationships: Supportive vs Stressful
I am continually adjusting and changing as I move towards health goals.
For me, consistently getting sufficient movement is a challenge. My life is just too sedentary, with much of my time being seated at a computer.
Making sustainable lifestyle changes is difficult. It is so much easier to just stay the same. Change requires getting through the resistance that comes up.
This is where a real gift comes through Relationships.
Relationships are one of my most powerful resources when it comes to making changes. Whether my relationships are Supportive or Stressful has a huge impact on whether or not my efforts towards change will be successful.
Fortunately, even when my relationships are not particularly supportive, I have the ability to choose and attract more support.
Extraordinary Support
My relationship with my husband is extraordinarily Supportive. He supports and encourages me in pretty much whatever I decide to do, personal, business, and otherwise. I am grateful, and consider myself fortunate.
When it comes to fitness, our Supportive relationship helps both of us. We have a consistent schedule of doing high intensity interval training three times a week. We do it together, and have fun at it. Mutual support makes for mutual success. There are no negatives.

Relationship Stress
Some people are less fortunate. Their relationships are Stressful, rather than Supportive.
I have seen the dynamics of Stressful relationships through the eyes of several of my Biofield Tuning clients.
They do not receive unconditional support from the closest people in their lives. This makes life in relationship an ongoing challenge. And making significant changes to lifestyle and habits can be extraordinarily difficult.
I continue with this article below, talking about taking back your power and choosing to attract more support in relationships.

On Monday, I release Stacey’s article in my newsletter, and in the Facebook group.
“Let’s be real, there is so much more to us than just our physical body. We are a combination of the love-hate relationships we have with our food, with the people in our lives, with our environment, with our higher power (whatever you call it), but most importantly with ourselves.” …

Back to my article
I have seen the dynamics of Stressful relationships through the eyes of several of my Biofield Tuning clients.
They do not receive unconditional support from the closest people in their lives. This makes life in relationship an ongoing challenge. And making significant changes to lifestyle and habits can be extraordinarily difficult.
Let’s hear from an imaginary Biofield Tuning client, Tina. “I talk with my family, and it’s like I don’t exist. I never share my opinion or say what I want, because I get shot down.”
Tina has health goals. But part of why she struggles is that she doesn’t have unconditional support and encouragement from her family.
Support vs Stress & Choice
When I have Support in my relationships, success is possible in every life arena.
When I have Stress in my relationships, and support is missing, success is still possible. It’s just harder to achieve.
Fortunately, whatever my circumstances, I can attract more supportive relationships.
What will I choose?
It takes determination, vulnerability, and a willingness to claim responsibility for making my happiness, my health, and my success a reality.
“If it’s going to be, it’s up to me.” That’s the title of an excellent book by Robert H. Schuller.
I call this, “Being 100% responsible.” Every minute that comes brings an opportunity. I choose the life that I want.
I am 100% responsible.
As a practitioner of Biofield Tuning and Human Design, I see my clients overcome massively traumatic histories, and be unrecognizable coming out the other side.
It requires choosing, and expecting more supportive people to show up in my life.
By choosing to work with me, Tina attracted a supportive person. I encouraged her to find more.
It is always an honor being part of the supportive community that gives a hand up to a friend on the journey of reclaiming their life.
What Do You Choose?
Are your relationships Supportive? Or are they Stressful?
You get to decide what experiences to attract. Health. Happiness. Relationships. Success.
Claim 100% responsibility.
Choose.
Love yourself.
