30 minutes to reclaim power from negative thoughts
This morning my husband and I cut each other's hair. We've done this for years, but when we started he said, "I don't know how." He didn't want to do it, and I understood.
"I don't know how" is a limiting belief.
One I'm definitely familiar with personally. 😄
I helped him get through it.
Having hair that looks okay is good, but I'm not fussy. Sometimes it looked a little ... odd ... but hair grows out.
Now it always looks terrific. I even get compliments from friends.
Limiting beliefs get in everyone's way.
Business or no business.
I became a healthcare provider because I want to help people feel better and have better lives. I love when my client shines, they're so happy. Or their pain is better, their business is better, or they're no longer stopped by limiting beliefs. It's wonderful being able to serve people.
