Get Support for Your Movement Needs

Fitness at Home

“I know I need to move more. But I don’t feel like it. I’ll do it tomorrow.”
“It’s miserably hot outside.”
“I’m too busy. Exercise has to wait.”

Getting Movement Can Be Challenging

This is the real life me. Right now.

Movement is critical for health. Yet incorporating sufficient movement into daily life is challenging.

Our bodies were designed to move for everyday survival. Hunting and gathering food, walking everywhere, lifting, carrying, and climbing. Nobody does this today.

Western culture is far too sedentary. Fitness is our attempt to fill the movement gap.

If you are like me, exercise does not come naturally. Making it a habit is my solution. I do high intensity interval training three days a week.

In May, I left home for six incredibly busy weeks. All fitness efforts ceased. Now I’ve been home for a month, and it’s time to rebuild my fitness habit.
Biofield Tuning Fork and Resonance icon

Biofield Tuning is my superb energy management tool! With one tuning fork strike, it’s obvious that my energy is completely blocked when I think about exercise. Once things are flowing, I am ready for action.

I register for an online group fitness class! This is a perfect opportunity to experience the virtual classes that Amy’s Olson’s 360 Fitness platform offers.

More on that in a minute …

I register for an online group fitness class!

There are numerous advantages to group classes that set me up for success.

  • When I’m having a hard time sticking to a personal fitness routine, paying for a class increases my chances of following through.
  • Group participation creates community support.
  • Having someone with experience tell me what to do is infinitely better than making up a workout on my own. I don’t have the motivation and creativity to keep going solo.
  • 360 Fitness classes are online, so I don’t have to go anywhere! (Amy also teaches live, in-person classes in Olympia, Washington.)

My class was this morning. It was terrific to get moving. As I write this, it’s about 15 hours after the class. Even without a tuning fork, I can feel increased energy movement and aliveness in my body.
