It would be good for me to get to bed by 10:00 pm every night. Do I do it? Well, ... sometimes. More often it's 10:30, and occasionally, I'm up until 1 or 2 am.
Meditation? Much as I know how valuable meditation is, I really struggle with it.
There are lifestyle areas where I do really well. Food is a biggie that I've got dialed in.
This is a pretty 'normal' experience. Doing well in some areas and having challenges in others.
I don't scold myself about any perceived failures. I love and accept where I am, and keep setting my intentions.
Supporting Brain Health
Mental function and having the ability to think clearly is a vitally important aspect of health.
Symptoms of compromised brain function do not appear until damage has been occurring to the brain itself for decades.
Fortunately, you can start taking action to protect your brain's ability to function at any time.
You can start Today.
What positive actions do you want to begin taking today? Here are some easy places to start.
Get a little better at drinking water. Go to bed a little earlier. Take a walk.
When you're feeling stressed out, pause and take a deep breath.
Know that every single positive action makes a difference.
When I become consistent with a supportive action, the benefit accumulates.
I do really well with preparing and eating food that truly supports my health. It is obvious that this impacts how I feel and my ability to be mentally sharp and clear. That's what works for Me.
