Stress Eating
When you are stressed, what foods do you choose?
When I am particularly stressed out and overwhelmed, a coping mechanism is distracting myself with food. Do I seek my usual health-supporting fare of broccoli, omelettes, and bone broth? Umm, not so much.
I hunt through the refrigerator and cupboards, mostly looking for sugar, chocolate and crispy things. I know I am not alone in this.
