This was the underlying belief at the foundation of everything in my early life. Though I didn't figure this out until my 30s when The Landmark Forum opened my eyes.

As with the 6-years-old experience I shared last week, I felt disconnected and nobody ever saw or appreciated me.
Ever since, I've looked for interactions with people that are significant.
I love the moment when I tell someone something meaningful about themselves. In a flash, they have an extraordinary experience of feeling seen.
I call this experience Shine.
