These are signs that the brain may be struggling. They creep in gradually and many people pretend they aren't there.
Emotionally, this is easier than facing head-on the reality that the brain isn't working well.
The possibility that brain function may be declining leads to ... Fear.

It IS possible to improve how your brain functions.

Consistent action makes a difference.
The time to take action to help your brain is NOW.
Decades-old science taught that repairing damage to the brain was not possible. Fortunately, science now knows the old teaching was inaccurate.
Improving brain function IS possible. However, it requires lifestyle changes.

Many areas of the Human Design chart have indicators of how we experience health, habits and stress.
From my personal chart, here are a few. I always want to make things better. And I experiment. However, I'm not particularly good at following through with habits.
I am always trying new things to support overall health, and my brain. And I put extra emphasis on incorporating habits that are challenging.
Personally, I have been working on brain supportive actions for years. And the 'brain glitches' have decreased noticeably in frequency.
